Garmin Connect reports not being updated?

On Saturday, I bouht a vivofit that I'm happy with but i have one problem. The uploads seem to work okay in that my steps dashboard device shows 8741/7500 for Sat, 10045/7686 for yesterday (Sunday) and 7679/7993 (though the day's not over yet) for today (Monday). However, the reports device has a bar only for Saturday with a value of the daily average and Sunday/Monday are both zero.

It seems that this dashboard device is not updating when I sync. Any idea what the problem is?

  • Im having the same issues. Im so glad its other people as well and not just me. Anyone got there's sorted yet?


    It's an issue on the Garmin end. Nothing that we the users can do to sort it out. Leaderboards are also messed up. zero steps for everyone, both for connection and group leaderboards.

    I was able to sync until today, but the reports and some of the widgets weren't updating. Now I'm not even able to sync. Hopefully this means that someone at Garmin is working on the problem. :confused:
  • Can't upload my workout today. Garmin 1000 connected to BT and WiFi, yet will not sync.

    Vivofit, same issues here. Just got the vivofit for xmas. Daily steps are updated correctly.
    However the reports are showing nothing since Dec 31st. Hopefully this will be corrected soon.

    no syncing since 1/3

    In spite of repeated tries since saturday Jan 3, I am not able to sync my vivofit with my computer. so showing old data only for steps

    I have had my Vivofit since 12/25, it worked GREAT until 1/3/15, not I cannot get accurate step reports. I have been so frustrated with it I am ready to return it. Seeing all of these comments has led me to believe I am not alone. I will hold off on the return for now.

    Same with me. Stopped on 1/3/15. Will be returning my new Vivofit soon if not resolved.

    Vivofit not syncing.. here's the email I received from Garmin... however... it is still not syncing!!

    Over the last couple days Garmin Connect and the Garmin Connect Mobile app have experienced difficulties that prevented some users from syncing their data. These issues have been resolved and you should be able to successfully sync at this time. If you continue to have failures syncing with your phone please be patient and try again in a few hours as we work to resolve this.

    Don't have to worry about widgets now, can't even get into the site.
