Garmin Connect reports not being updated?

On Saturday, I bouht a vivofit that I'm happy with but i have one problem. The uploads seem to work okay in that my steps dashboard device shows 8741/7500 for Sat, 10045/7686 for yesterday (Sunday) and 7679/7993 (though the day's not over yet) for today (Monday). However, the reports device has a bar only for Saturday with a value of the daily average and Sunday/Monday are both zero.

It seems that this dashboard device is not updating when I sync. Any idea what the problem is?

  • All have the same problem. Garmin web-services seems to have very big problems. This forum is flooded with complaints...

    Hi, just wanted to add that I have the same issue...
    Though I have the Vivosmart, this is not the first time there is a glitch in the dashboard. I can see that it calculates and transfer the correct steps - BUT they do not show up in the report, and that has happened before.
    My attached example is from yesterday January 4 - the steps are at 29519, but the bar is at zero!!!

    It shows the same in the app - and does not calculate the correct sum of my steps for the week.

    Seeing the same issue as well; thought at first that my device was the cause. Looks like the Garmin Connect website has an issue. Bet there was an update applied Saturday night that corrupted the report.

    I am having the same problem with the Garmin Connect dashboard reports section. My steps will sync and show in the "steps" box but the "reports" box that I have set up to show my steps progress for the week has stopped entering data. There are no bars showing after Friday -- nothing for Sat, Sun, and so far Mon. Also, I'm having the same problem as others who have mentioned syncing problems with MFP. I had not been using MFP for a while but decided to use it today after reading that others were having a problem, just to see if it still worked for me. It doesn't.
  • Same issue here. 920xt will sometimes sync with GC mobile. Steps showing in steps widget in GC modern website. Steps not showing in steps "report". Same page (daily summary) doesn't show steps, activities, sleep or calories in GC modern.
  • Any statement from Garmin on these issues?

    I am also having the same issue with reports.... missing data last 2 days. Has anyone actually called Garmin Customer Service for a status?

    Im having the same issues. Im so glad its other people as well and not just me. Anyone got there's sorted yet?
