Garmin Express Fit

Am I being particularly dim but does Garmin Express Fit still exist? I have been using it with my Forerunner 220 but of late have had some issues. It downloads the file but then it doesn't appear in Garmin Connect. Should I install Garmin Express to replace Garmin Express Fit? I can't find any information from Garmin advising me about Garmin Express Fit's status.
