Activity Upload Issues!

Having big issues trying to upload activities tonight, have a FR620 trying to synk via wifi does not work, sync via Express does not work either.

Then tried to manual upload of the fit files but no luck via connect homepage, but the upload just hangs or throws an error.

Anyone else with these issues right now? File attached

    I'm having the same problem. Worked fine on Saturday to upload my run but won't work today. It uploaded to garmin training center but would not load to garmin connect at the same time. Tried to do it manually and kept getting internal server error.

    hi Cykeldene,

    I ran your file through the Fit File Repair Tool and it didn't find any issues with it. FFRT may be subtly fixing something in the background as it was loading and checking the file though. I have been able to successfully upload it to GC.

    Give this file a try.

    Same issues here. Can't upload my 220 run data or Vivofit step data.

    These recent issues with Garmin a connect are really becoming frustrating.
  • Unable to sync activities on 210. Same issue, hangs then throws error unable to sync. Is there an issue with servers?
  • Same issue with my FR220. An upload last night worked, but took forever to copy over to Training Peaks.

    Confirm - issues with upload of activities with files that previously worked. Also problems logging in - service not available page earlier so I suspect that there has been / is a major outage with the Garmin Connect servers.
  • Similar issues: worked fine Wednesday Dec 31st. Also successfully manually entered an activity on Jan 2nd. Today uploaded a 10 k run on 9FR10XT by usual USB Stick + "Sync" on Garmin Express: Usual graphics showing uploading taking place, then "Sync Complete -- click here to go to Garmin Connect" (same as usual) but on getting to Garmin Connect, today's upload does not seem to exist. Tried to force uploads again on Garmin Express several times, uploads again showing in progress but still no activity at Garmin Connect.

    Looks like nothing wrong with our files, problem is at Garmin Server end. Grrrr again.

    I seem to remember that this happened at least twice before. On one occasion my single workout data was lost forever and could not be reloaded. On another occasion when normality was restored my lost workout suddenly reappeared.

    Same problem. There must be a problem in Garmin Servers, which means probably good news. I'd be more worried if the problem was on my device only.

    Ditto. Can't upload today's ride from my Edge 510. I've tried Garmin Express, manual file upload, upload via Browser and communicator plugin.

    Nice one Garmin.
