Garmin connect can't find my gpsmap 62s

I want to start using Garmin connect, but it can't find my 62s though it is well connected with Garmin express.

Couldn't find the solution searching net and forums. Restarted computer after installing.

Any help?

The 62S is an "Outdoor" model. Garmin sometimes drops support for older models without notice. That may or may not have happened.

I'd try manually uploading data to the Connect website.

Your 62 won't automatically sync. You need to go to the activities widget and select import.
