Create new course from new run

A newby here. I have a Forerunner 15 and sync OK with Connect but I can't see how to create a new course from the track of a new run. It would be great if create course had the option to use a downloaded track.

Thanks for any help.

From the activity details page, click the gear icon in the top-right corner and select Save as Course.
