For a few days, I have an error message when I try to export my activities as TCX files. Is it server-related, or to me?

PS: In fact, the upload of files or image files does not seem to work... SO here is the error that I have, in a text form:
HTTP Status 403 - You do not have sufficient privileges to view the activity with id 662477053.
type Status report
message You do not have sufficient privileges to view the activity with id 662477053.
