Reports out of Sync with Steps

I am able to sync my Vivofit with my computer, and the number of steps correctly displays on garmin connect. However, the total distance, avg steps, calorie in/out tab and the reports are out of sync. They are showing numbers from earlier in the day. (and the previous day's step count is showing less than my device did at the end of that day)
  • I find that some stats and reports take a few minutes before they update.

    For example, I have a graphical display of my activities. I typically do 2 activities each day. One would be a running activity and the other might be an elliptical. The activities both register initially as running. I then adjust the record for the elliptical activity so that it's classified correctly. In doing so, the colour of the graph should change for the elliptical activity and it does but only minutes later. It's not instantaneous. Same with heart rate. My heart rate stats for the day only appear after a few minutes. It appears to me that only steps show immediately - perhaps because that stat is not based on a report. I suggest that you check it again after waiting a few minutes.
