Husband's activities showing up on my GarminConnect

I have a Foreunner 310 and my husband just got a 910 a month ago. We have them both set up to sync on the same computer but with different ANT+ chips to separate GarminConnect accounts. My activities do not show up on his account but all of his appear on mine. I have tried to look through all my settings to see if there was a place where his 910 was on my account but I can not see it anywhere on my settings. Any clue to how to fix this?
  • I might be just babbling as I've never had to separate two accounts, but I've never shied away from giving my two cents on any subject <grin>.

The ant sticks themselves have nothing to do with what account on GC your information goes to. Ant sticks are not specific to any device, they are happy to work with any Ant+ device that comes within range of them.

It's the software on your computer that must correctly associate the device data with a Garmin Connect account. If you are using the modern Garmin Connect website, then you must be using Garmin Express on your computer. It is in the Garmin Express configuration for that device that you associate it with a specific Garmin Connect account. Again, I might be entirely wrong. So check in the Garmin Express sub-forum if you can't find the setting.

If you use the classic or old Garmin Connect website, then you must be using Garmin Ant Agent to do the transfer of data. I don't know if Garmin Ant agent can handle separate accounts, but if it does then it's a similar process that must be somewhere in the ant agent setup for that particular device. This takes you to the ant agent sub-forums.
