My vivofit / Garmin Connect worked fine on my computer with Garmin Connect for the first few days. I tried to pair it with my iPhone, but had no success.

Then, after a few days, I found myself unable to sync with the computer either. I tried a fresh "Get started with your vivofit" sequence.

I uninstalled Garmin Express.

I pulled out the ANT stick and re-inserted it. I checked its functionality - according to my computer, the ANT stick is fine.

I pressed PAIR. The vivofit alternates PAIR and a 4 digit code, and then reverts to normal.

I tried to install Garmin Express with a fresh download. It fails everytime during "Downloading required components."


Any suggestions?
