Hi, I'm new to Garmin Connect and am trying to see if there's an area to put in daily stats (which we always used to record when I was racing as a junior). Things such as resting heart rate, hours of sleep, quality of sleep, blood pressure, daily stress score (how other things affect your training!!) and also a 'notes' section to cover other things that might be going on in your life that can have an impact on training and are worth keeping a note of.
Thoughts / advice appreciated.
