Seeing more than one day on Garmin connect

Hi
I have on,y just got my vivofit and am trying to work out how to see more than just the current day of stats on Garmin connect so I can compare....I am sure the answer is simple

There is a left and right arrow to go back or forward. Depending on which stats you can add a report listing multiple days.
