Cannot delete a scheduled workout plan

About year ago I downloaded the IMPROVE YOUR FITNESS schedule I can not delete it form the device sync on either connect or Garmin Express

Any help would be greatly received

What exactly do you mean that you cannot delete it from Garmin Connect? Do you see the training schedule on your training plans page? If you see it there, you should see the Remove button.
