Garmin Connect does not recognize tracks imported from GPX/TCX files

Trying to upload some tracks made with my GPSmap 62s (it does not work very well with Garmin Connect since this device is not recognized by GC) it shows the track on the map but not the distance and correct data. It doesn't matter if you try to import from GPX or TCX file (previously exported in BaseCamp because I'm not able to upload my tracks directly even I'm correctly logged in)

Garmin Connect has made a lot of improvements but stills has a lot of bugs and issues.

The problem with incorrect data seems to have occurred recently, hopefully there will be a fix shortly. You shouldn't though need to use Basecamp ... just select the Activities widget in Modern and click on Import. There is more detail on Modern here if you're not too familiar with it
