Device page not displaying (but tile does)

Hi

Running Garmin Connect with Garmin Express on a Windows 8.1 PC in either IE or Chrome (all software are latest versions).
My device (910XT) shows in the tile on the dashboard page, but if I click either on the Menu and then the Device popup, or if I click on the title of the Device tile, I get a blank screen with the spinning blue circle and no further info about the device. The same happens when I click on "Device Settings" in the tile - I simply get the spinning blue circle again.

I have followed the instructions for deleting and re-adding the 910XT successfully, as well as removing and re-installing Express but this has made no difference to this feature.

Any advice will be appreciated.

    I seem to have this problem on occasions too, today being one of them! All other pages load fine, except for the Devices page. This is extremely annoying as I need to change mye max heart rate settings on my Edge 500. As far as I can tell, this problem just seems random.
