I can't even modify the first use date. I wanted to set up a new bike but it didn't let me modify the date. I started using this bike two days ago and Garmin want's to start counting mileage with today's date, so my first two rides are not counted.
I have tried to modify the "first use date" of a pair of shoes but it's not possible. Once you save a "first use date" it is not possible to edit that information and it is not possible to add that gear to a workout made before the "first use date".
Well the reason for the latter seems correct, if you have a 'first used date' it wouldn't make sense for you to be able to use it on an earlier date!
It does though seem sensible to be able to edit a 'first used date', as you may have got it wrong. As a work around note that you can Remove gear and then add it again.
