Vivosmart device settings won't work in Garmin Connect

When I click on "Device Settings" for my Vivosmart in Connect all I get is a spinning wheel letting me know it is thinking. No matter how long I wait it never goes to the settings screen for the device. I also have my 910xt on Connect and I can access the device settings no problem. Issue is only with the Vivosmart. Is this a know issue??

    same issue tried many things but still not working i think theres a bug because i sorted my wife settings out the other day and now it won't allow that either

    A similar thread was started 12-26-14 https://forums.garmin.com/showthread.php?179541-Vivofit-device-settings-problem-in-GC which is when I discovered the problem as well. Like you, ROLLER469, I was able to adjust settings the other day... but as of 12-26-14 all I have been getting is the spinning. I have tried different browsers, I have tried uninstalling Garmin Express then reinstalling, I have tried to delete my devices and starting all over, I have tried accessing with my tablet, I can't get a synch with my phone (which is an issue with my phone, not Garmin this time) but I shouldn't need to do that anyway. Initially, I thought it was just an overload of people getting Christmas presents logging in to play with their new toys, and would iron itself out by the next day. It's been a few days now, it should be fixed.

    This is happening to me as well. I bought a Vivofit yesterday morning and cannot access any of the device settings. It's a shame, since I'm basically unable to use the device until i can get in there and change my stride length settings (it's grossly overestimating).

    I have the same issue in PC Connect. I am able to make changes in Connect Mobile. They will then show up in PC Connect.

    We have a critical ticket open and the issue is being worked on. We plan that this issue should be resolved very soon. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

    Will Garmin be sending an official communication addressing this issue? Or are we just supposed to check ourselves for an ETA?

    Have you seen this thread - Andreas has a work around which worked for me.
