Unable to export activity

When trying to export an activity to TCX, I get a JBoss error message saying

"HTTP Status 403 - You do not have sufficient privileges to view the activity with id xxx"

indicating than I'm not logged on. This is not very likely since it was from the activity page itself that I tried to export it. I'm guessing it's a cache problem, but after clearing the browser cache and still having the same problem, I might as well ask the forum if this is a known issue.

I managed to export to GPX, however.

Any suggestions?

  • To make matters worse, the problem is intermittent as well. Export works with some activities, but not with others.

    Using Chrome, by the way...

    I can reproduce the problem when logging in with Google+.
    A few minutes after the login, the export is working well, but if I log in, wait some time (maybe more than 10-15 minutes??), the download is blocked by JBoss (Same error as in the first post from grefwen). I think there is some kind of timeout that is resulting in this error.
    The rest of the Garmin Connect page is still working as well, only the export doesn't work.
    A workaround is to logout and login again. After the re-login the export works as expected. (But this is not a permanent solution!)
