Probelms uploading manual activities weekend of 12/26-12/28?

Anyone else having problems uploading manual activities (or performing edits on regualar/uploaded ones?) I have been unable to do so in either Chrome or IE for the past three days. Anyone else with his issue?

yep cant upload any data or send courses.
