Missing activity

HELP! recently joined a Strava's FESTIVE 500K CHALLENGE but after uploading my activity from my 910XT i can't seem to see it in my activities. any suggestions?

I have had this problem with some of my activities too. Never found out the reason, never got a response from Garmin, never got the activities back :-(
