help!!! Need factory reset or fix notifications

I have a vivosmart. Originally I received notifications of texts and calls. Now I get none.

How do I turn the notifications back on?

Or the easier route would be to reset the device to factory setup. It worked just fine out of the box.

I have an iPhone 5.
