Password problems

I got a new Vivofit yesterday. Had no trouble pairing it, but now for some reason Garmin Connect keeps forgetting my password. If I log out or time out of the application, when I try to sign back in, I'm getting an "invalid" message. I've reset my password several times now (and have been locked out twice), but this keeps happening. I'm having the problem on both my PC (running Windows) and my phone (iPhone 4S, running latest iOS).

Anticipating any questions: Yes, I know passwords are case-sensitive, and have been extremely careful in that regard. So far I've tried this in two browsers (Chrome and Firefox), as well as on my phone, with the same results. Can't find anything about this in the FAQs or in older forum posts.

Any help greatly appreciated!

    Well, no reply to my question (sigh!) but for others who may be having this problem...I switched to logging in with Facebook, which seems to have taken care of the problem. It does NOT post your results to Facebook, so no worries there. Still don't know why Garmin Connect can't keep track of my password/username pair, but at least there's a work-around!

    i have the same problem and it is blocking syncing with strava and Tapiriik. Really annoying, seems to be affecting a lot of users and no solution.

    this is going to stop me buying anoher garmin
