I got a new Vivofit yesterday. Had no trouble pairing it, but now for some reason Garmin Connect keeps forgetting my password. If I log out or time out of the application, when I try to sign back in, I'm getting an "invalid" message. I've reset my password several times now (and have been locked out twice), but this keeps happening. I'm having the problem on both my PC (running Windows) and my phone (iPhone 4S, running latest iOS).
Anticipating any questions: Yes, I know passwords are case-sensitive, and have been extremely careful in that regard. So far I've tried this in two browsers (Chrome and Firefox), as well as on my phone, with the same results. Can't find anything about this in the FAQs or in older forum posts.
