I have been trying to upload some manual activities in Garmin Connect Modern and the only thing I get is the Twisting Blue Disc of Futility. This happens in both Safari and Chrome.
Based on my own household experience, this has been a problem since Friday afternoon. My wife was able to (manually) upload Friday AM, but as of Friday PM I was not. Today she is not able to either. We've tried in both Windows Vista and Windows 8.0/8.1, and in Chrome and IE.
I don't think it is a browser/ISP issue when I can manually upload from the dashboard pane but not from the Activities window! (I can't do a full edit from the Activities window either)
It has worked fine for me as well up until yesterday. I was unable to "add more data" or edit activity from any pane in either IE or Chrome yesterday or today.
There are other threads here on this. Garmin have replied to say that it's known about and that they're working on it. Bearing in mind it's the holiday season I'd try to be patient, especially as it doesn't affect everyone so may be a combination of things.
