Vivofit device settings problem in GC

Hi,

I cannot access the device settings of my vivofit nor my 910xt in Garmin Connect. When navigating from the left sidebar to "Devices" and further to vivofit or 910xt nothing happens. The only thing is my cursor going from ordinary to the loading, but the vivofit/910xt page will not open.

    I'm having the same problem. If I go to the device widget for my vivofit, I can try to click on "device settings" or "full page view" and it will just give me an hourglass, I waited for over an hour at one point. Nothing happened.

    Every option I try to get the Steps report to add daily information results in the hourglass. Can't access vivofit device settings, either.

    Yay! I got my Dashboard to work!

    I am using Google Chrome with the Extension Adblock Plus. I disabled Adblock Plus and everything instantly worked correctly. I'm thankful to someone on another thread for suggesting this fix.

    Hi,

    I'm not using any Adblock and have tried to get to the device settings page with all extensions disabled in chrome, with ie and mozilla, on different computers... but still it does not work.

    Chrome console gives a 404 Not Found error for the page.

    Same problem here. I cannot access the 'Device Settings' in Garmin Connect for all my devices: vivofit, Garmin Swim, Forerunner 910XT, Edge 500

    I have send request to customer service for help fixing this problem. Waiting for reply...
  • It doesn't work for me in Chrome so I'm using the mobile app. It works there.

    Using Chrome didn't work for me. This is frustrating because it worked all week until Thursday. I got a heart rate monitor that day and wanted to change my device settings (in order to synch the new HRM) and it won't.
    I've uninstalled Garmin Express, deleted my devices, and started all over again to see if that might fix it. It didn't. I'm still getting the spinning.

    I didn't get any notification, but today I was able to access 'Device Settings'. I am not sure if something was done because of my request or the problem fixed itself...
