Unable to send a rout into garmin 500

When i try to send a recent created route or uploaded a rout to my garmin 500 nothing happens.

I select send to device and then a white box appears but without any options.

I am at a few days without being able to send new routes into my garmin 500.

Any one was any ideas?

    I have a trial tomorrow and because of this software problems i cannot send the course to my device

    is there any other way to send courses directly to the device?

    Without having to use the garmin software with errors? Any way to create the .fit file and put in the folder?

    i have the same problems with the white empty box, but found a workaround in another thread. I have a garmin 920XT but i think the problemsolution is for all devices (?). Please define a widget with the course or workout and try the small transfer buttons (look at the red arrows); booths works fine! The new transferwindow isn't empty now, and i can select my device. My workout today works fine and the new defined course for tomorrow is also in the device.

    Brilliant!! Thanks guys!! It worked for me as well on a forerunner 410.

    A but disappointed though that such a silly bug hasn't been fixed yet...

    I was getting mad uninstalling and re-installing everything...

    same. cant upload a course to the device (white box). also cant download cycled data from unit to pc using classic, again a whit box comes up when I click on the upload button. strange as in garmin express it downloads ok still.
