Is there a way to transfer workouts from Training Center to Garmin Connect ?

Hello,

I've been using Garmin Training Center for years but since I know GTC is discontinued, I want to switch to Garmin Connect. I succeeded with transferring all my past activities to Gamin Connect successfully (expect the remarks associated to each activity. This is by the way really stupid from Garmin not having thought to such a basic data), however, no way to transfer workouts. I've recorded dozen of workouts and I'm not very happy with the idea to recreate all of them.

So my question is, did I miss something ? Is there a way to get them imported easily in Garmin Connect ?

    Several years ago I to needed to do that. I copied the .fit files back to my edge500's /garmin/activities folder and they all were able to be automatically uploaded to Garmin Connect. Not sure if the modern GC with Garmin Express will do the same, but I suspect it will.

    However I'm actually finding myself using Garmin Training Center more than GC, Strava or any of the other sites I used to use. Though out of support for several years it still works fine and if it breaks, there are other fitness software pgms I can install.
