gpx import

I am having trouble importing gpx files.

I have an etrex 30 because it isn't compatible with express I have to import the gpx file.
This has been working fine until recently now only the time and map of track show. No distance, max or avg speed show up.
I reset the etrex to and cleared history in browser. I have also uploaded the file to Sportstracker to see if it was a problem with the file it all data appears.
Does anyone else have this problem.

Well your Etrex 30 is compatible with Express, I think what you mean is that it won't automatically sync with Connect and you must manually import the gpx files?

Elevation is correct, but no distance shown. It's a Garmin Connect problem, as the gpx file works perfectly in MapSource and Strava. I made a complaint to Garmin Support five days ago, but have heard nothing back.

Same problem with a Colorado 300.
Other tools show the distance without any problem.

I am also using an etrex 30 and it does the same thing ie no distance shown even though it displays the correct path on the map. I also tried my Dakota 20 and got the same result. lets hope the fix will be retrospective for our uploaded tracks.

No speed, pace, distance or calorie data in GPX import

I am having the same problems importing GPX files.
Mine show fine in Trailrunner and Nike+ but have no Speed/Pace, Distance or Calories in Garmin Connect.

Guys, it has been going on for almost three weeks now with no update from Garmin's side afaik:

(The issue is NOT your .GPX file - the GC platform is the problem. Perhaps the update to GC 14.11 on 18 Dec 2014 will be a good starting point for Garmin to investigate?)
