Garmin Connect hangs after selecting 'Settings' - help!

Hi, we have just set up our new Vivofits with Garmin Connect. When we click on the profile tab at the left of the screen, and then click on the 'Settings' option, the whole thing just hangs and we can't even bring up our dashboards. We can go to 'help', 'take a tour' and also 'sign out' but nothing else. Can any one suggest anything. Thanks.:confused:
