Can't access garmin connect

Hi,

I have a Garmin Forerunner 220. I have registered a new account and logged in.

Yet when i go to garmin connect I get:

HTTP Status 403 - Not logged in

type Status report

message Not logged in

description Access to the specified resource (Not logged in) has been forbidden.

Not Happy!!

Can anyone help?!/

    Hi,

    I have the same message for about two weeks.

    Everything was OK before.

    I have asked my friends and most of them haven't seen such problem.

    There is an opinion that there were some service updates recently that have caused problems for some small part of users.

    Anyway, I doubt someone from Garmin Connect support will try to fix that before the first working day of new year.

    Relax, keep calm.

    If the workout is successfully downloaded from FR220 to your PC, as an workaround try to upload the workouts to another site like Endomondo using Garmin Communicator plugin. That works in my case.
    The workout files is saved somewhere deep in Windows.
