How to downlaod an activity to my computer

Hi there,
I for some reason cannot download one of my activities from Garmin Connect to my PC. I have tried both classic & modern view but neither will give me the dropdown menu to select the file type e.g. GPX etc. Can anyone help please?
On the right side of the page for the individual activity is a gear icon. Click on it, and there are "export" options (original, gpx, tcx). If you don't see that, make sure you're logged in as the user who created the activity. If you came to the activity page from somewhere like Facebook, you'll have to undo the damage it did to the URL (it places a "/0" at the end, which displays a summary page rather than the full activity page).
