610 FR Map download

I have been trying to download the new map version 15 on my 610FR. Once the download is complete it gives me the message that everything is successful. I exit out of the garmin connect and re-enter it and it tells me that I need to download the software update map version 15 again. I have done this several times. I was curious if there is a fix for this? Customers pay good money for the equipment to work and have the most up to date software. It seems as though Garmin needs to look into this issue and get it fixed. Looking forward to comments.

Do you really mean a Forerunner 610?? the device does not have maps unless I've missed the point of your posting

I guess the OP means the timezone map.

If the file has downloaded then you can ignore the message. What often resolves it is deleting the device from express then re-adding it, so you could also try that. At the end of the day it's nothing to worry about.

Yes, sorry i meant the timezone maps.
