VIVOSMART: no access to the device settings with garmin connect

Hi,

since three days i haven´t access to the devicesettings of my vivosmart
using garmin connect -> connect.garmin.com/.../<mydeviceid>
I only got a spinning browserwheel and thats it.

I testet with firefox, chrome and msie and cause all of them are showing the
wheel i did not thing thats an error in my local enviroment.

Any help is welcome.

    ok, i´ll fixed it and thats the was how.
    Thanks garmin for 4 hours lost time .....


    - starting Garmin Express to delete the listed vivosmart device
    - tried to add the vivosmart as a new device and Garmin Express said unsupported device, the serial was blank
    - deinstalled garmin express and installed garmin express
    - tried out Garmin Connect and here my vivosmart was away, no device listed any more
    - started Garmin Express App on the iPhone
    - ahhh a new device called vivosmart, i added it to my account
    - tried out Garmin Connect and yes, congrats to my new device, my vivosmart is listed
    - tried to access the device settings through Garmin Connect and yes i have access
    - started Garmin Express, connected my vivosmart and yes, a new device with shown serial appeared
    - added my new device to my existing account and yes, all now ist working properly.

    Garmin, it all worked well since you launched the last version of Garmin Connect including a new vivosmart
    firmware 2.80 and made the facelift of Garmin Connect (the serveral downtimes the last days never mind).

    For what ?
    Are your products and updates not tested and veryfied before launching ?
    This this your kind of understanding of a well build service license agreement ?

    What a waste of time to keep things going again ....
