(Manual) Upload not working anymore

I tried this morning to upload a course from Garmin Connect to Edge 200, but when I click 'send to device' it's just displaying a blank box. Garmin is visible/accessible in finder, and Garmin Express seems to sync with it okay, so I'm fairly sure it's a UI thing on the Connect website.

Anyone else having this problem/found a solution?

Mac OS X (latest version)
Safari, Firefox & Chrome (latest versions)
Edge 200


  • I do have the same issue. Modifying an existing activity in the classic version is now a pain in the bottom.

    Another very classy update by Garmin. Thanks guys, don't stop disappointing us, if we ever needed any motivation to leave you for another brand!

    Upload did not work from my EDGE 705 via Safari on OS X 10.7.5. I ran Garmin Express that updated itself. Thereafter, the synchronization between the EDGE 705 and Garmin Connect works. I can see my last activities in Garmin Connect.

    I can't believe they havent fixed this now. I'm on vacation and don't know the area very well. Thats why i bought the forerunner 310 with gps. And now i cant use that feature at all, cause the send to device box is blank for days. Im very dissapointet, there shuld be a way to create tracks oflline and send them to the device, without having to rely on this broken garmin connect "service"

    I have just updatet Garmin Express, the send to device box is still blank and nothing is happening. Tryed with chrome and IE.

    Connect your Garmin device and run Garmin Express

    Garmin Express must be launched whilst the Garmin device is connected to the computer. Then, the synchronization can be performed from Garmin Express.
    I also noticed that the upload cannot be performed from Garmin Connect anymore.

    My Watch is connected with ANT+. I have no issues with uploading workouts from my watch to Garmin connect, my issue is the same like in the first post of this tread. I can't send tracks from Garmin Connect to my Watch. Normaly when i click on send to device the track would be qued for syncroniation. Now just an empty box opens and nothing happens.

    This has also be driving me mad for a few days. I have a Macbook Pro and a new Edge 200. However, through damn persistence of plugging and unplugging, restarting various browsers, closing and reopening Garmin Express etc etc, it eventually worked with Chrome. It's now twice that this same method has worked for me. I guess this is the Garmin equivalent of smacking the side of the TV!

    I trye'd everything you sugestet, but cant get it to work. On top of that synchronisation with myfitnesspal also is not working anymore. Really dissapointing for such an expensiv product.

    It's the same for uploading files such as TCX file - it worked fro me on Christmas Eve but isn't working today as same with everyone else Grey Box - I take it this has been logged with Garmin as a Issue?
