(Manual) Upload not working anymore

I tried this morning to upload a course from Garmin Connect to Edge 200, but when I click 'send to device' it's just displaying a blank box. Garmin is visible/accessible in finder, and Garmin Express seems to sync with it okay, so I'm fairly sure it's a UI thing on the Connect website.

Anyone else having this problem/found a solution?

Safari, Firefox & Chrome (latest versions)

Now quite nothing is working in G. connect. I think they've site problems, but doesn't read this forum?

Connect Modern is working fine for me, check your firewalls etc.

If it's any help to anyone else, I've now been able to transfer my activities by doing the following, downloading and installing Garmin Express, I've no idea (yet) what it is exactly as I've never heard of it before so I'm not quite sure what program I must have been using for the last few years. Was it called Garmin Connect and is Garmin Express an updated version of that???? Anyhow, the activities seemed to have uploaded, although they're named differently to what I'm used to. Need to read up about that to find out how to use Express properly. At least the activities are now being uploaded which is a step in the right direction.

I have same problem as you. Synchronization with modern garmin connect has not worked since modern layout was announced...I do not know where could be the problem. I tried to reinstal Garmin express several times and without success. But always I was able to send my new activities in Classic layout of the garmin connect. But unfortunately not now...
Do someone know where could be the problem when I want to use synchronization with modern layout (because the problem with classic layout is already known because of the many reports)? My device is registered and visible from Garmin express...

You need to download Garmin Express. I had same problem.

The issue is occurring in both environments (moderns and classic) - the dialogue box is blank. Three days later it's still not working. If it's working okay for you, please confirm OS (Mac/Windows) and browser, so I can compare results.

Im using classic because garmin express was impossible to get working without endless error codes, and the new modern interface I find confusing and not as user friendly as the classic. I did manage a manual upload of my bike ride yesterday evetually but the automatic activity upload is still not working after my bike ride today.

Like others above have said it's really irratating, but I expect this from garmin these days....hey ho....changes...but thanks for any help you can give :)

Hi there!

Problems to upload here as well. Not the classic nor the modern is working with Safari or Chrome (I have MacBook Pro with OS X 10.7.5). Normally the workouts just appear after using the USB Ant Stick. Only sometimes I've used the upload -thing in the classic dashboard. Now there is only a grey box like others have said.

I've never heard of Garmin Express. Should I need one if I have the Ant thing?

This is frustrating specially since I can see that some of my contacts have put their workouts in the system like 5 hours ago.
