(Manual) Upload not working anymore

See my post above, try Modern, it's working fine.

I plug in my edge 800 via usb, hit automatic upload icon which has always worked before, but today I just get a blank upload screen when it connects to garmin connect. I see no activites to upload, although I know for a fact they are in the unit.

Is this a known fault or is it just another bad day at garmn ???

Is this Classic or Modern Garmin Connect?

Cheers, switched to Modern and got it working on Garmin Express.

One strange thing, though; rather than the default "Untitled" description of my run, my runs are called "Kilkeel Running" and "Crossmaglen Running". I've never run anywhere near either place, or entered it anywhere on my profile?

Device not showing on Upload screen.

Could anyone offer any advice please on how to solve the following problem.

I connect my Garmin Forerunner 305 via USB as normal. Launch Garmin Connect, select the Upload button, the Upload screen appears but it's blank for some reason with my device not being shown. I regularly upload this way several times a week and haven't encountered this problem before. I've tried unplugging and reconnecting my device, I've tried switching the 305 on and off, I've checked it has the latest firmware installed. The display is indicating that the battery is charging as normal and I have no problems importing my activities into SportTracks. Could anyone offer any suggestions as what the problem may be?

Its the same on modern too, tried on other browsers aswell and its the same error when trying to upload a course or a workout to a device.

I am having a similar problem but I have discovered more odd things.

1) The upload page shows a blank box (same as most of you guys)
2) I am able to upload but using Garmin Express (from my PC).
3) Even though I upload the new activity comes with the name "Cava D'Aliga Running" which is some town in Sicily (whilst I am in Malta) - Odd thing is that this happened 3 times already and this particular town is located almost directly on top (looking at a map) from where I live - Is there also a GPS positioning problem of some kind?
4) Even though the data is uploaded, the map, elevation data and HR data on the main activity Garmin connect page come blank but all is fine if you view the activity on the Dashboard.
5) All seems to be fine when you watch the data on ConnectStats (an ipad app which is really good to show the activities you do)
6) Once uploaded, all data and maps seem to be working fine on the modern version of the site so I think that this problem is only related to the old version (which I hope that garmin will not phase out)

I think this is a Garmin related problem which I hope they will fix soon

Unable to upload workouts to my Edge 800 past 72 hours. Very frustrating.

I have tried modern, classic & on safari & chrome.

You don't mention Garmin Express. Are you using it? Chrome simply isn't going to work any more since they disabled support for plugins. The Communicator Plugin still works in Safari, but given all of the recent complaints, they may be in the process of shutting down Classic.

Express works for getting tracks off my 800 and Fenix, but, since I use BaseCamp to do routing and don't use workouts, I'm not entirely sure how uploads to the device are supposed to work in Modern. I get the impression that those sync through Express as well. Since Modern doesn't use the plugin at all, I can't see any other way for it to work.
