CAN'T REMOVE DEVICE in Connect (vívosmart)

Hi.

I was using one vivosmart (Large), and everything was working ok.
Then, I just changed to another one (the smaller), and although I thought I have removed the Large, It seems impossible to remove!!!

And I just can't add any vivosmart in the meanwhile... I've tried EVERYthing.
I've created TWO NEW accounts and linked the 2 vivosmarts. They work ok... then, If I try to connect the Small to my original account, there is still one "vivosmart" active device that's impossible to remove, and I get a communication error with the server....
And I can't open that "ghost vivosmart" device in my connect account, so I can remove it..

It's not A joke, how bad...


Hope you fix this! I use a FR620 and bought this vivosmart to my sister, just testing it myself. I may RMA both vivosmarts if this problem persists.
