Unable to sync at work with new web site and Express

Hi,

I have not switched to modern view for the web site because it uses Garmin express to sync and this never worked for me when at work. The old site upload always worked from work. Today I find the upload web page isn't working any more for the old style web site and Express still does not work. I suspect the problem with Express is the lack of any settings to set up a proxy.

I hope this is fixed and I can again load up my weekly commute while at work.

    Same issue here. It looks like they (Garmin) turned off what was the far superior 'traditional' Garmin Connect. No warning at all, just made it not work! Now forced to switch the Garmin Express and have never come across such a misnomer in my life. It is anything but Express. Once it finally did decide to 'connect' then I get the upload. Now it just refuses to connect at all. Nothing I can do fixes it. Now stuck with no way to view the data. Not happy ...... How the heck do you go back to Ant+ and good old Garmin Connect that doesn't look like a mess of Mobile App screens?
  • Express and Modern do work. If Express is giving you issues post your problem in the Express forum.
