Please, help me! Colorado 300

Hi, I have a Colorado 300 and today I accidentally deleted the internal memory with mac! The gps start correctly but haven't any languages (only ò) and can't connect to pc. I understand the procedure to show it to the pc, I tried to format in fat 32 (with Windows) and reinstall the files from a backup garmin but nothing.
Now I am trying with updater.exe and a .rgn file, but I do not see the usb device... please... help me ...
