Vivofit won't sync with iphone

Today my vivofit stopped syncing with my iphone. When I go to sync it, it acts as if it is syncing, only it is faster than usual. It gives me a successful sync message, but then the data is over 5 hours old.

Is this a problem with my device, or is there a server issue today?

    I am having the very same issue. I can't get it to sync to my computer or phone. I've tried re-installing the app, restarting my computer and phone. Nothing helps and it is really starting to make me angry. I never had this problem with my fitbit. Garmin Please help!
  • Seems the 3.50 FW update broke a few things, and it looks like that update has been pulled.

    I have the same issue, but I'm on the 3.30 firmware. It started midday on Dec 11.

    I am experiencing the EXACT same behavior. It's incredibly frustrating, every day it's something with this.

    Exact same issue for me. I hope this fix this soon. I have only had my vivofit for four days and now I am questioning my purchase.

    i called phone support and this is a known issue that the engineers are working on. for now they recommend sync'ing with your computer until the fix is released.

    As written elsewhere in this thread, this is an issue with the recent Firmware update, and will require an update to the Garmin Connect Mobile app for IOS. It usually takes a few days for Apple to release App updates to the App Store, so I would suggest that users connect the ANT stick that came with your Vivofit to your computer and sync. Remember to load and configure Garmin Express. It worked perfectly for me (although the instructions are not too detailed and I it took a couple tries to get it to work). Now at least I have a backup method for syncing if this happens again.

    But COME ON GARMIN!!! How about posting an official response to this forum or send a notice to your users!!! The only response are from users who have gotten a personal email response from a support question, and then sharing it. That is unacceptable.

    Yup, I lost 15,000 + steps
