Dual sim notifications bug

Hi I have a tri-sim phone and I receive only incoming calls on the vivosmart band from one sim card.
I think it is from the sim card in the first slot ( There are 3 slots for the 3 sim cards ). I use the Garmin Connect Apps.

Is it a bug from the apps or from the vivosmart device?

Could you add the multi sim incoming calls notifications in nextrelease

    I also have this problem too. I'm using a dual sim phone and I can only receive notifications for the first sim. I use other bluetooth devices such as headphones or car audio but I don't have any trouble with them. Garmin must fix this issue.

    sorry to revive such an old thread, but i have just purchased the new GARMIN VENU 2 and also have problems with my Dual SIM phone (in my case a Nokia 8)

    i receive notifications form both SIM Cards, e.g SMS text mesasges work fine), but the VENU 2 does not react at all to incoming calls form one of the two SIM cards.

    - incoming calls from one SIM card are recognized fine and i get options to answer or decline, etc. on the watch.
    - incoming calls from other SIM card are not recognized and watch is not doing anything...

    did you ever find a solution to this?
