305 to a 220

Hello,

I went from the 305 to the 220 and loving it BUT when I sold the 305 I cleared everything from it thinking that it would be stored in my Connect and when I registered the new 220 I'm not able to locate any of my runs from the 305....any and all idea's helpful! Thanks in advance.

  • Not sure why that should be I have a 610 which I replaced with a 210 for a while whilst my 610 was being replaced by Garmin and then I registered my replacement 610 on my connect account. I also have a garmin swim registered to the account and all the activities from these devices are shown in the same account.

    Silly question maybe but have you registered your device on your old connect account or have you created a new one?

    Also are you using Modern or classic connect - ANT Agent or Express?

    Either way as long as you have been using the same PC you should still have all the activity files on your pc.

    Search for *.tcx on your PC and you should find files dated from the time you were using your 305.

    When you have found them then they can be uploaded to connect.

    Alternatively if you are certain that you have the same account name etc you can contact Garmin support and they may be able to help you - in the past there was a glitch with Connect which caused it to upload all my old tcx files and double up on my history - at that point I contactedGarmin support and they fixed the problem.
