Yea I am having this same issue. My times are 6 hours off. My watch, phone, and Garmin 920xt are all correct. The time zone is also correct but the activities time doesn't match up.
I'm having the same issue with my Edge 510, but my time zone is out by 11 hours. The device database says the correct time but on upload to Garmin Connect it is incorrect.
ditto, yesterday's activities read a start date of dec 11 and dec 2, even though they were both yesterday and both are counting correctly in the day's counts.
Wrong again yesterday. Started ride at 7.00 am, Garmin Connect said it was at 6.00 pm. Happening to lots of people and yet Garmin says nothing. They need to address this.
I have had this issue, did a master reset of the 620 - didn't work. Have been uploading my runs via the GC app on iphone, deleted the GC app, reinstalled, and worked correctly with the date and time today.
Thanks for that suggestion adrian_m, but I tried your fix and this morning's ride started at 6.30 am, after upload the start time is 5.30 pm. I have emailed Garmin about it now.

I actually emailed them about this issue and response was that the date and time can be changed using the Garmin Connect website... Face plant to the palm.
