How do I export the splits from a run in Garmin Connect to Excel?

Copy and paste works on a Mac too. No headers though!

The wheel/cog icon in the top left of the Activity window gives "export splits to csv" as an option so you could open the csv file in excel.…

I don't have office installed on this PC, but I had no problem selecting the text and pasting it into a spreadsheet in google docs.

Yeah, I was able to copy and paste to Excel. Can't figure out from there how to make a graph out of selected split data. Any help on this. Maybe tell me where to go to find out? I'll try Google in the mean time.
