Yes, it is still there. Go to the reports page, scroll to the bottom, and click the Progress Summary link on the left. You will be looking at a page that is essentially the same as the old reports page.
Additionally, every graph that you see using the new reports page has a the back and forward symbols (< and >) near the top. You can selecct 7 days and the report should show the activity for the last 7 days. If you click the back arrow, you should see stats for the previous 7 days. Same for the monthly view.
