Hi All,
two years ago I bought Forerunner 410 and I think that is a very useful and very effective device.
Inside garmin portal (connect) I found feature for create a new plan, If I understand right
before heading out for a new workout I'll make a plan inside connect and transer it into
Forerunner 410. This is a wonderful feature but .... How can I create a workout with distance
and time ?
I see this three field :"Type" "Duration" and "Goal". In "Duration" I set Distance and type
for example 4 (KM), after that in "Goal" I set Speed and after that I see two field, the last box
named "km/h" the first is blank.
What Do I write in the first box ? What Does It means ?
If I want make 4KM at 13 km/h what Do I write ?
Could I ask you an help about it ?
