cant re-import deleted activity into connect

hi
i just imported an activity from my 305 to connect using express. i accidentally deleted it from connect and am trying to import it again but it just wont appear. its still on my 305 and i click sync in express and that seems to work ok but the activity wont pass over into connect again. its as if its recognising it as still in connect and so not importing it again. how can i force it to notice the activity has been deleted?

If the activity file is on your computer you could could use the "import" link in the activities window.

its not on my pc its still on my 305....
i cant get it onto connect :(

Did you delete it from your pc? If not, it will be there somewhere! Look here C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data1\Garmin\GarminConnect\UnitID\Upload

ive just switched to classic view and managed to import it that way. in classic it helpfully gives me the ability to view what activities are on my 305 and import only chosen ones. we need this in modern.
