Can't get edited workout to my 620

Hello,

I've done a search but I don't see anything that is close to solving my issue... Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

I'm a novice runner. Today, I set a 5k PR, but my watch only calculated 3.04 miles, so it didn't automatically update my records. Regardless, I'm counting it. I went into Garmin Connect and edited my workout with the 3.1 mile distance and assigned the PR to it.

However, I can't seem to get the file that's on my watch (FR 620), replaced with the file on GC. I was able to figure out how to get the PR moved over, but every time I go into the workout on GC and click on the "Send to Device", I get an error that says "No Compatible Device Found".

Any thoughts?

Your 620 must be added to Garmin Express and connected to the computer. The web browser will send the file to Express which sends it to the watch.

How do I install Garmin Express on the computer?

Thank you Curt. However, I do have Garmin Express installed, and it was open and showed my 620 as connected. I was able to successfully export my 5K PR out to the 620 via this method.
