Garmin 310xt trying to sync

I have been trying unsuccessfully to sync data since November 2nd. When I try to sync it indicates "62"files to download and then it never downloads just shows "waiting to transfer". I have had NO problems until November 2nd, and have been unable to transfer any data. I am getting VERY frustrated! Any suggestions?

This might work. Owners manual page 34. Send All Data.

Are you using Garmin Express?
