I have a Forerunner 10, and after uploading my most recent run, I was trying things out as I was looking at the summary stats for that run, and I disabled elevation corrections. Now I have lost my elevation chart, approximate as it may be, and all I have now is min, max, gain and loss numbers. On previous runs, there's still the option to disable elevation correction underneath the image of the watch. But I don't see anywhere to enable it again. I don't see anything in edit or settings. Is my elevation chart gone for good? I'm using the sleek new Modern layout.
Where you see the Disabled notification there's a down arrow, click on it and select Enable.
I do not see this down arrow in Modern View. I need to switch from enabled (default) to disabled. Otherwise my elevation gain never matches any race director's elevation gains. Hard to train when I'm not comparing apples with apples. Are you sure it is possible to toggle back and forth in modern view? Thanks in advance!
It's tiny and may even need to scroll down depending on your resolution and browser zoom settings.
I have the same problem, except for the fact that I didn't disable anything, my Garmin Connect simply doesn't show the elevation chart except for the latest 7 runs. In those 7 runs, I do see the "Elev corrections" option next to the watch picture (Forerunner 15 in my case), but for the older runs that option is not displayed - only "Software" and "Summary Data" are shown.
I don't know why the elevation stuff got suddenly disabled for the older runs, but in any case it's impossible to enable it again if the option is not even available :(
Ive been noticing same issue for the last few months. maybe since july.
i figured out how to fix for each individual upload, back to enabled (910xt), but how do i fix so that is the automatic one? I never did anything to this. it just started on its own, aboutt he time I had some sort of map etc el upgrade.
been looking everywhere to make it so its my standard one (cant think of word I want ..), but what is when it uploads automatically done.
I used to have a watch with barometric measurement but I now have a vivoactive. I used to be able to enable or disable the setting and save it as a default but now the option has gone.
Please Garmin Connect development team please can you re-enable this option?
