I've just run a 10K PB tonight, ahead of my plan which was to run a 47:30 before Christmas. So clearly I'm really pleased with myself!! I think i got 47:26, but after stopping my watch and warming down I noticed my watch was still timing and had restarted. Now my trace file has 1 minute of being basically stationary - ruining my pace! I've tried cropping it on Strava and Basecamp but I can only seem to get it to crop to 9.97km at 47:24 or 10.07km at 48:30ish, neither of which is ideal! All I want is the first 10k in a single session with a time of under 47:30 :-)
Can anyone help?
